Third-Party Platform Services

The Lost Transition is operated by Black Rose Solutions LLC. Our streaming and publishing tools connect to third-party platforms only when you instruct them to:

• YouTube. This site uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access at any time from the Google security settings page. We store only the credentials needed to create and manage broadcasts on the channel you authorize. We do not read your Google contacts, email or personal data through this connection.
• Meta (Facebook). If you connect a Facebook Page, Group or Profile, we store only the credentials needed to publish live video to the destination you select. Meta's handling of your information is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You may revoke access from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
• Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

We do not sell, rent or share information obtained through these platform connections, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Calendar, Gmail and YouTube

If you choose to connect your Google account, we access only the Google data needed to provide the features you ask for.

• Google Calendar. We create, read, update and delete calendar events so the bookings, follow-ups, coaching calls and conference calls you create or manage in The Lost Transition stay in sync with your Google Calendar, and so your Google events appear in your TLT calendar.
• Gmail. We use Gmail's send permission only to send emails you write or trigger inside The Lost Transition, such as follow-up and pipeline-stage emails to your own contacts, so replies come back to you. We do not read your Gmail inbox.
• YouTube. We create and manage only the live broadcasts you start from The Lost Transition's studio, on the channel you connect.
• Your Google profile. We read your name and email address to show which Google account is connected, so you can confirm it or disconnect it.

Limited Use. The Lost Transition's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve the features described above. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone except as necessary to provide those features, for security, or to comply with the law.

Human access. Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to for a specific support issue, it is needed to investigate abuse or a security incident, or the law requires it. Any access is limited to what that purpose needs.

Who stores it. Your Google connection and the calendar information needed to keep it in sync are stored in our own database, on servers operated by Black Rose Solutions LLC. No third party stores or receives your Google user data.

How long we keep it. We keep your Google connection only while it is active, and keep calendar information only as long as needed to keep your bookings in sync. When you disconnect Google, revoke access, close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete your Google connection and Google user data, except for anything the law requires us to keep.

No AI training. We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Your control. You can disconnect Google at any time with the Disconnect button on the Calendar page, which revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored Calendar, Gmail and YouTube connection from our server. You can also remove our access from your Google Account's third-party connections page. Once access is removed, we can no longer see or change your calendar, send email from your Gmail, or manage your YouTube broadcasts.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Email support@thelosttransition.com from the address on your account with the subject line Delete My Data. We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, excluding records we are legally required to retain for tax or accounting purposes.

Disconnecting a platform removes its stored credentials immediately. Revoking access from that platform's own settings page has the same effect.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though some platform features may not function properly without them.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
