Monthly Inner Circle members may cancel at any time through their member dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Yearly memberships and Founding Member annual plans are non-refundable.
This is a time-based coaching program — not a digital download or product. Once you have access to the 52-week curriculum, recorded sessions, live Monday Mastermind sessions, platform tools, and private community, the value has been delivered regardless of your participation level.
You may cancel your annual renewal at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not affect your current active membership term.
Affiliate commissions are processed through Stripe Connect. Stripe handles all payouts directly to your connected account — The Lost Transition does not manually distribute affiliate earnings. If a referred member requests a refund or files a chargeback, Stripe will reverse the associated commission automatically in accordance with their platform policies.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and understand that payout timing, holds, and reversals are governed by Stripe — not by The Lost Transition.
If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at support@thelosttransition.com within 7 days of the charge in question. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending affiliate commissions.
